30 Days Parts and Labor (the Best in the Business)
- Parts, service and repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and defects for up to 30 days. Beyond 30 days, items are warranted independently by the product’s manufacturer. Physically damaged items cannot be exchanged for replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
- We advise you to create backups prior to having computers serviced. However, we understand this is not possible for everyone. Therefore, we offer courtesy data backup for a nominal fee that is offered at time of service.
Viruses and Spyware Removal
- Viruses and spyware are guaranteed to be removed when we complete service on your system. We cannot guarantee that you will not re-infect your computer. Warranty service will be void if system security configuration has been altered after our technician has departed. Any infected file will be checked to verify the date of infection. Re-infected computers will be subject to normal service charges.
Shipping, delivery and travel charges are non-refundable.
Limits of Liability
- Mobile ITechs will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses or loss of data arising from services, the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorized access or alteration to the computer system from an outside party. Customers are solely responsible for personal data integrity before any work is to be carried out.
